Divo Institute

„Love, you’re like a healthy coughing up blood.“ This is a band that teeters on the brink of madness and brilliance, where every note is a scream into the void, and every lyric speaks for a generation lost in the concrete jungles. Led by a poet wrapped in the skin of a charismatic shaman—they are a pack of wild dogs howling at the moon, fighting against the emptiness of modern life, corrupted love, shattered hopes, and dreams long buried in dust. As the world lights up another cigarette and drowns its last drops of despair, this band still clings to freedom—not the kind sold in ads, but the kind you have to wrestle for yourself. Because when you’re lost and don’t know what to do with yourself, “sometimes all it takes is crawling in the grass and shifting your perspective.”

Their debut album, Divo Institute, blends hypnotic blues with dance-infused western rock, while punk-laced techno and gritty guitars tear through the dark underbelly of reality. Every concert feels like a ritual where the audience plunges deep into their own thoughts, as the band wrestles with their demons, trying to grasp the absurd humor of life. They’ve carved out a space where you can curse everything— from the system to your own existence. And now, after leaving a concrete-filled coffin to other organizers and Aleš “messing up again,” they’re back on the music scene with new material.

Schwarzprior

Thanks to their dark and intense soundscapes, Schwarzprior have become one of the most prominent projects in their genre. Their music, often described as raw and pulsating, blends elements of synthwave/darkwave, EBM, and post-punk, while also offering a satirical commentary on modern society.

It took over 9 years for them to follow up on their first critically acclaimed album „IDDQD.“ On their latest six-track album „Nemoc,“ they are no longer a trio but just a duo – Edgar Schwarz and Tomáš Motal. The cold, raw electronics and nihilistic lyrics, however, remain. As they describe it, for them “darkness isn’t an explicit statement but a desire to understand oneself. When you look into those dark corners that scare you, you’ll find some pretty good answers.”

Schwarzprior's live performances are legendary for their immersive atmosphere, combining raw beats with sharp and often unsettling visuals. This unique mix has earned them a loyal fanbase at various festivals and underground clubs. However, everything is now coming to an end. Schwarzprior have announced that their upcoming concert will be their last, marking the culmination of their journey.

The afterparty on the small scene will be arranged by members of the Divo Institute in cooperation with Akropolis Underground"
