At the end of February, two emerging names from the Slovak alternative music scene, Samm734 and Zandome, will make their concert debut at Palác Akropolis.

Zandome

Zandome is a multi-genre artist from Trnava who approaches alternative pop in a way unlike any other young musician in Slovakia. His predominantly melancholic and introspective lyrics are infused with influences from various genres, including alternative rap, post-punk, and a broad spectrum of electronic dance styles. At Palác Akropolis, audiences can expect to hear tracks from his latest album, ANTIKULTURA, released last year.

Samm734

Samm734 is a talented singer blending hyperpop with other alternative genres. His music focuses primarily on emotions, drawing listeners into deeply personal soundscapes. His debut alt-rock project, Návrat Domov, was released in September 2021. Since then, he has produced three more projects, each delving deeper into electronic influences.

The PULZ series at Palác Akropolis is curated by music journalist and host Vojtěch Tkáč. The event will take place in collaboration with the Akropolis Underground space.

This concert is supported by Liveurope. The first EU-wide initiative to support concert clubs in their efforts to host concerts by emerging European artists. Liveurope is co-funded by the Creative Europe programme of the European Union.
