After meeting in 2017 while studying music in southern Germany, Maxl, Ben, and Markus gradually redefined what live electronic music sounds and looks like. Originally a traditional live band, Klangphonics evolved into a group that blurs the lines between band, DJ, and producer.

In 2021, they released their debut EP „Songs to Try“, which garnered rave reviews and amassed millions of streams on Spotify – all through their own efforts. From the very beginning, they’ve remained independent, embracing a DIY approach even in promotion. Through creative viral marketing on social media, they managed to gain millions of followers across all major platforms.

2024 marks an exciting new chapter for Klangphonics – they plan to release their first studio album, „Perfect Opposure“, in the fall. The lead single, „In Between (Memories and Dreams)“, offers a unique blend of modern electronic elements with traditional compositional sensibilities, creating a sound that defies categorization. The combination of subtle pop production with techno and house influences gives their live performances an electrifying energy.

With a European tour planned and their first North American tour kicking off in early 2025, accompanied by a carefully curated audiovisual show, Klangphonics is set to make even more waves in the coming months.
