info I used to dream that the Kiev Hotel was on fire! Berlin Manson returns to Palác Akropolis, this time Slovak producer FVLCRVM will be there with us. Berlin Manson „The past is worthless, roots are useless when they don't serve to seek what's common,“ sings Berlin Manson on their debut album Poor but Sexy. It's just one of many catchphrases that will stick in your head after the first listen. Adam Dragun and Patrik Nagy combine rap with synth punk in an original way like few others. The pair is complemented by drummer Tomáš Tabiš, who adds even more raw energy to the concerts. Berlin Manson's songs are full of outrage at social ignorance, aggression and homophobia. Together, they make a generational statement that is best experienced live. FVLCRVM Pišta Kráľovič aka FVLCRVM is one of the most wanted producers on the Slovak and Czech scene. He headlines domestic festivals, makes beats for rappers, collaborates with foreign stars and young talents. His audiovisual show was one of the highlights of the Pohoda festival a few years ago. No surprise that he has already won three Radio_Head Awards – the last one for the song of the year Hotel Kiev, which he released together with Berlin Manson. You can enjoy it live in a 100% performance at the end of September at Prague's Palác Akropolis. Of course, you can also look forward to FVLCRVM's current singles and tracks from this year's EP Aimés. Behind the dramaturgy of the Pulz series at Palác Akropolis is music publicist and Radio 1 moderator Vojtěch Tkáč. The evening will take place in cooperation with Akropolis Underground. This concert is supported by Liveurope. The first EU-wide initiative to support concert clubs in their efforts to host concerts by emerging European artists. Liveurope is co-funded by the Creative Europe programme of the European Union. |
