info Divoké husy tells stories between heaven and earth about freedom, courage, and friendship, about a pile of wood and a vast, frozen land. It intertwines circus, dance, and physical-object theater, drawing inspiration from heroes of Central European fairy tales and Arctic sagas, as well as from personal experiences in Greenland, the tundra, and the taiga of the Far East. The project explores the theme of nomadism and human communication with the wild. How do we honor nature and live within it humbly and with dignity? How do we take only what we need? How do we belong to the landscape along with everything around us? Wild Geese is about listening to nature—neither commanding it nor being entirely at its mercy. When human energy converges with the themes of wild geese, the Arctic environment, and Central European woodlands, it can create a vivid, fantastical landscape of resilience and the strength of living beings in harsh conditions—a landscape of faith in friendship, the search for balance, freedom, and places where humans can merge with nature. Divoké husy performance is aimed at creating an imaginative performance for children aged 6 and up, conveyed through the language of dance and physical theater, aerial acrobatics, and original music, tightly interwoven with voice. |
